what should i wear to a summer wedding?

Recommended Posts

depends on your personal style, choice, dress code of wedding and your budget. It can be a nice simple dress in one color or eye-catching print, or a lovely jumpsuit. Keep an eye on suits. I see many ladies wearing skirtsuits to weddings.

think of pastels, light colors. If you like dresses, then it should be knee or shorter one. Maxi dresses look great, but they are bit uncomfy. last year I was invited to Summer wedding and I tried on a lovely blue jumpsuit. It was the best choice ever made by me!

First of all, you should take a look at your wedding invitation, usually it is written in which color tone or style you should come to wedding. Anyway, most summer weddings are in pastel hues. So, I advice you to wear light and pastel color clothes.

If the wedding is formal, then the best choice might be a long, or even maxi gown in a simple shape and solid colour. Keep your outfit simple, but update it with gorgeous jewellery and accessories. If Summer wedding comes with a cocktail dress code, then you are free to try on chic and cute frocks, but make sure not to wear poufy and flared designs, keep silhouette slim and add statement accessories. If the dress code is casual, then you better keep things sleek and simple. Sometimes weddings can take place outdoors, that's why you better take a light layer with you in order to cover yourself when it's getting cold during the evening. I recommend to choose fresh colours like pastels and peach.
